Spacious room with a modern bathroom, lekker brekkie served upstairs, and really friendly staff who helped me find my lost jacket!

I had high hopes, but alas, not a single face towel in sight, how quaint. And of course, the fridge was freezing my drinks! I would have loved a complimentary gesture to make up for this disaster. I almost gave a good review, but I'm afraid I just couldn't absorb the bright lights all night long.

No elevator adds unnecessary hassle for luggage, slippery metal fire escape stairs can be dangerous during rain!!! Additional soundproofing is needed due to loud street noise on weekends!!!

The Two-Bedroom Apartment, Disability Access was spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax after a long day. The kitchenette was a real plus, allowing us to handle meals conveniently.
The parking setup left a bit to be desired. while it had CCTV for safety, the lack of barriers meant anyone could stroll in at night. The TV in the Superior King Room was awkwardly placed on the wall without a swivel mount, making it tough to watch. Plus, the grime on the windows in room 105 really spoiled the lovely view. The music in the bar during breakfast was a strange choice and drove us to grab our morning coffee elsewhere.
